1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Digital products and downloadable software.

- Gift cards and store credits.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.

- Personalized, custom-made, or bespoke items.

- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at contact@dabulatarillc.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Step 2 — Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 3 to 5 business days. Do not send items back without receiving an RMA number, as they will not be accepted.

Step 3 — Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging (or equivalent) and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Step 4 — Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund or exchange.


4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's processing time.

- Store Credit: If you prefer store credit, it will be applied to your account immediately upon approval.

- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items showing obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, please contact us at contact@dabulatarillc.com and follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to contact@dabulatarillc.com with:

- Your order number.

- A description of the issue.

- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving your order. To request a cancellation, email us at contact@dabulatarillc.com as soon as possible with your order number.


10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the Site following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
